Pet-friendly and brand-new room, comfortable bed and pillows. Good-sized bathroom, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven, and a fridge. Easy to get to, perfect and comfy location near the alley that was constantly being slammed all night, and the centre of Dawson.

The hotel's location was perfect and convenient to the historic downtown. I stayed in an air-conditioned, pet-friendly room with 2 queen beds.- The room had a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge provided.

hotel cant make up its mind what it is for the traveller or local loud music till midnight then the locals noisily leaving not ideal as a resting place

My room was nice. Poorly ventilated! It was to warm and as a result I didn't get a good nights rest.

The place had a nice SPA for those that were takers.The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent.
We had to stay across the street from the hotel and we could not connect with the WiFii because the signal was too weak. A bit expensive especially with no complimentary breakfast included.

Initial room assigned was unclean so asked for a new room and was provided a much better cleaner room right away. Internet spotty

Bar entertainment was good
We were advised that the restaurant closed ar 9 pm upon check-in which was about 8 pm. We went to room then immediately wanted to go to dinner. Staff at restaurant told us is was closed...no explanation.

We enjoyed every detail about our 3-night stay at The Downtown. The property is located in the heart of the city.We also enjoyed goodies and coffee at Cheechako's Bake Shop, just a couple of blocks away from the hotel.
